Tea-towel art and a few other things

A great way to get some artwork on your walls for cheap is to find the tea towel versions and stick them in the biggest frame you can find. Voila! Although I think I may need to wash the lemon one to make it fit a bit better in the frame...

This little side table was the first little darling find at my local second hand store. Check out the sweet details on the legs. And honestly I couldn't believe our luck when I went back with Mikael a couple of days later and he found the matching coffee table!! (We had to have it...)

Also I couldn't resist the kitschy stitch art which was made by someone by the initials of HL in 1971.

Mikael's lovingly picked and dried mushrooms from last autumn will probably keep us going until next autumn!

There isn't much storage space in our little kitchen so this tall narrow unit was perfect and only 280kr ($57 NZD) SCORE!!

One of the slightly cozyfied windows in the lounge, kitschy swan plant holder also from the second hand store... love it!

I'll leave you with some footprints that Zebe left in the snow...
